Gilgamesh: This is an interesting and ambitious site. The creators call this "The Digital Library Book." The story of Gilgamesh is presented in images via Flash with music and you can also choose to listen to a reading of the story. You do have to keep opening and loading a new Flash file for each "tablet" (I thought one continuous presentation would have been less frustrating) which is a little tiresome, however this might be something to go through with your younger children after you've read the story to them. They could look at the images and explain what part of the story it is depicting.
Write Like a Babylonian: This is a neat little site that shows you what your name and initials might look like in cuneiform, the writing invented by those of ancient Mesopotamia.
The British Museum: This is an excellent site on Mesopotamia. Lots of great information and illustrations and very well done visually!!
