curious

Sniffy Says: "Are you curious? Maybe you're a curioso? A curious person (a curioso) or a curious hamster, likes to learn things, likes to investigate, likes to wonder why things work the way they do. When I hear a strange noise I don't dive down into my big a pile of cotton balls and start shivering as if I had fallen off an iceberg into the ocean, oh no! When I hear a strange sound, I grab my itty-bitty flashlight, put on my sneakers—this takes awhile because I have four feet and it's tough to tie shoes with your teeth—then I place a bottle cap on my head for protection and proceed to find out what's making the noise. Or sometimes I just decide to look up a word I don't know in the dictionary—while I'm hiding in my big pile of cotton balls shivering like a wet puppy. Ta-ta!"

amazement

Sniffy Says: "Amazing! Do you see it? It's right over there! It's gigantic, I've never seen anything like it. I'm amazed! I'm astonished! I'm astounded! I'm Sniffy the hamster! I'm standing in my cage in complete amazement. I can hardly believe my eyes because across the room in front of me is a hamster the size of a bear and he's juggling fifteen little hamsters and each of those little hamsters is juggling fifteen jelly beans and the jelly beans are changing color and the giant hamster is singing jingle bells while turning in a circle and—"
Mr. Draeger Says: "Sniffy! Sniffy! Sniffy!!"
Sniffy Says: "Huh, what?"
Mr. Draeger Says: "You were dreaming and yelling something about an amazing hair juggling blue jeans while eating tinker bells? You woke all of us up."
Sniffy Says: "Oh yeah, sorry about that."
Mr. Draeger Says: "It must have been some dream."
Sniffy Says: "It was amazing. Good night."
